Internet
The purpose of the internet connection are:
- collect anonymous analytics data and bugs report
- backup and restore feature on your personnal google account. Please note that we don’t read the data backup.
- send invoice to your customer. In this case, the invoice is stored on our server. The invoice older than 90 days are deleted.
Storage
The app need to access on storage in order to:
- generate the pdf file on the sdcard to send it with other third app like gmail
- read the picture you selected as a logo
Contacts
The Application can read your contact on your demand.
Phone state
The application looks if you are connected on the Internet or not to improve performance.
Camera
It is only used when you want to scan a barcode.
Access on Google Drive API
If you use the Android Application, the application use the Google Drive API (in the AppData folder) to store a zip version of your database on the server if you click on the button "Backup to Google Drive". When you click on the button "Restore from Google drive", it will get the listing of the file stored in the AppData folder. When you select the backup, it will download the file from Google Drive and then unpack the database and replace your current database. That backup will never be shared with other people and no others files on Google drive will be modified.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
You are responsible to backup all your data.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via email or text message. Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in France. If you reside outside France, your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under France privacy standards.
