By signing up Invoice Pro, you are agreeing to be bound by Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. The materials contained in the web site and mobile application are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

 

Subscription Terms

Montly Subscription
Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You'll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month, until you cancel. Because there's no annual contract, your rate is subject to change, but we'll always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 24 hours of your order, you'll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 24 hours, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month's billing period. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Manage Account page or by contacting Customer Support.

Annual contract, prepaid
Service begins as soon as your payment is processed. You'll be charged the annual rate stated at the time of purchase as one lump sum, plus applicable taxes. Your contract will renew automatically, on your annual renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we'll always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 48 hours of your order, you'll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 48 hours, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Manage Account page or by contacting Customer Support.

Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by law:

  • Invoice Pro makes no representations, conditions or warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation or results of this website, or accuracy, correctness or reliability of the information, content or documentation available on this website; and
  • Invoice Pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever including loss of use, data, or profits, whether arising in contract, negligence, equity or under statute as a result of or in connection with the use of this website or documentation, or information available on this website.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In the event that any of the above limitations or exclusions are held to be unenforceable, Invoice Pro’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of the fee you have paid.
